Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and nurage ("nurage", "we", "us") and govern your use of the nurage apps and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

nurage is a writing studio for drafting, organizing, and exporting books, available on the web and on mobile, with optional cloud sync and AI writing assistance.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to create an account. On mobile you may use the Service as a guest; some features (such as cloud sync and purchases) require an account.

3. Your content

You own the books and content you create. You grant us the limited license needed to host, store, sync, and display your content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for your content and for keeping your own backups. We do not claim ownership of your work.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful or infringing;
• upload content you do not have the rights to;
• abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law.

5. Subscriptions and billing

nurage offers a Free plan and a paid Pro subscription. Pro unlocks unlimited books and pages, cloud sync, studio render and PDF export, photo import, and monthly AI credits.

Price

Pro is US$6 per month, or US$4 per month billed annually (US$48 per year), or the equivalent in your local currency as shown at checkout. Prices may include applicable taxes.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the end of the current period. For Apple App Store subscriptions, your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends unless auto-renew is turned off.

Managing and canceling

• iOS: manage or cancel in the App Store → your account → Subscriptions.
• Mobile (elsewhere): manage or cancel from the store where you subscribed, under its subscriptions settings.
• Web: manage or cancel from your nurage account billing settings (Stripe).

Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

Purchases made through a mobile app store are subject to that store's refund policy. Web purchases are handled by us through Stripe. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods.

AI credits

AI features consume credits. Pro includes a monthly credit grant; credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and do not carry over between periods unless we state otherwise.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices. Changes apply to future billing periods, and where required we will give you advance notice and the chance to cancel.

6. AI features

AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI output before relying on or publishing it. AI features are not professional advice.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including the nurage name, logo, and software, is owned by nurage and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our brand or software except the right to use the Service.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (including Apple, Google, Stripe, and our AI providers). Your use of their services is also governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your content will never be lost — keep your own backups.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, nurage will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see nurage.app/account). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to comply with the law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence apply.

13. Apple App Store

If you download the app from the Apple App Store, you also agree that: these Terms are between you and nurage only, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. The app must be used in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
